Sean Talley (b. Modesto, California, December 23, 1980) is an emerging artist living in Oakland, California. His non-representational works are formally simplistic with an emphasis on unassuming materials and refined processes.

Talley completed his foundation coursework at Seminole State College in Sanford, Florida where he earned an Associate of Arts degree in 2001. He went on to finish his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in 2003 in the Interdisciplinary Studio Art department at the San Francisco Art Institute. He is currently an MFA candidate in the Department of Art Practice at the University of California Berkeley, class of 2013.
